We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team in the field of trade fair logistics at our Solingen location, as soon as possible.
 
Your area of responsibility:

• Acquisition of new and existing customers
• Preparation of quotations, maintenance of master data, order entry
• You will not only prepare projects/events but also carry them out independently, including customs clearance for truck, sea, or air freight
• Monitoring, follow-up, and invoicing of projects
• Project customer support as well as accompanying projects domestically and abroad

 
What convinces us:

• You are confident in using common MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• You are also willing to travel regularly and hold a valid Class B driving license.
• You stand out through independent, self-responsible work, assertiveness, and teamwork, as well as strong negotiation skills.
• You have knowledge of sea freight and/or air freight, including customs expertise.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are welcome
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
